HIPPOPOTTERING is a SECURE SITE.
Any details or information given on this site will not be shared with any third parties.
Payments can be made with Debit/Credit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

We can only guarantee our trees if they remain in their original pots, please supply  photo evidence of soil , pot and tree itself in cases of refunds or replacements.


If a replacement is required due to bad packaging or crushing whilst in transit.  

We will need photographic evidence, this must be received as soon as possible.

We will advise on further action that will be taken including returns, which will be arranged by Hippopottering

Undamaged boxes but damaged tree inside - as long as box was opened with care, we will be able to make an arrangement with you. 

In no circumstances must the tree be given straight back to the courier if the package has already been opened compromising the box strength.

If your tree perishes within 8 months of purchase and you have followed our care information, Hippopottering will replace the tree FOC but the carriage must be met by the customer.

 
  • Trees will be sent out on, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Care instructions sent in Dispatched E-mail.
  • Payments transacted prior to processing e-mail sent.
  • Please advise us if you need sending out for a specific date.
  • Stock is always changing, if your item is out of stock you will be informed by e-mail. We may be able to recommend something similar.
  • We always send out the best available trees. But during the summer some burn may occur on the leaves of the tree.
  • We are confident you will be happy with our trees, but in the unusual event of you not being happy, please inform us of your intention and return the tree/s within 14 days of accepted delivery (In good condition) for an alternative or credit. Courier costs can not be refunded.


HOW TO USE OUR SITE.

  • Firstly select your item, Then click add to your trolley.
  • Then you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout,
  • At checkout select your delivery method or pick up at nursery, collect @ show then click checkout.
  • On the next page you will be asked for your billing details, these must match the credit debit card you will use. You will also get an opportunity to create an account, but this is optional.
  • You must fill out the courier and collection options. Next select your payment option, EKM Pay or Clear Accept (Credit and Debit cards, Bank transfer or pay over the phone or arrange .
