Orders are sent via courier service Evri or DHL.
Item(s) will not be dispatched until, Processing e-mail is sent.
Dispatch email will include a link to full care instructions.
Trees will be sent out Monday to Thursday.
Severe weather conditions (extreme heat and cold) can delay dispatch. Please refer to message bar at the top of our website (viewed on all pages).
Usually trees are received within two weeks of ordering. During periods of high demand deliveries may take longer to fulfil.
