I always liked 'Pixie'as its a small burgundy leaved maple, Until this year when i simply LOVE it !
I put the show tree in full sun just to see how it faired and WOW what a difference.
Its pillar box red, a really rich magenta. It has stayed in full sun and loved it (no burn)so its perfect as a patio tree taking up very little room on a deck.
What a cheeky little imp this is.
