Acer palmatum 'dissectum Ornatum'

A nusery favourite. Ornatum is definitely a must for all collectors. Multicolored tree. Emerging pinky bronze in spring and keeps the orange colours until late summer when she briefly turns yellow green before changing to a multi coloured bright orange. The tree is a dome forming dissectum and grows to about a 4ft globe in UK . In a pot, expect a 3 ft dome. Will cope with quite a sunny position although can get caught by early morning frost so prefers on and off sun if possible. A classic tree that is easy to maintain.
