HIPPOPOTTERING is a SECURE SITE. Any details or information given on this site will not be shared with any third parties.
Payments can be made from the follwing options Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo. Cheques are also accepted, goods will not be dispatched until these funds have cleared.
HOW TO USE OUR SITE.
- Firstly select your item, Then click add to your trolley click to choose your delivery option.
- Then you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout, on the next page you will be asked if you are a new customer or a returning customer please fill appropriateley.
- On the next page you will be asked about details of collection options arranging pick up from flower show or nursery, add show and date coming, or tell us when you will be visiting the nursery.The next page you will be asked for account details , e-mail + a password of your choice for return visits to Hippopottering. You will also be asked for billing and delivery details.
- Next page is your Order Summary, please check this carefully, click your preferred payment option. Debit or Credit card, Payment via phone or payment via cheque (payment by cheque may take longer as your cheque will need to clear)
- On the next page fill out your Debit or Credit card details. Click complete order.
DELIVERY + COST (mainland UK only)
Trees are dispatched potted as soon as possible by next day courier to avoid stress to the trees, this will happen after you have received your updated e-mail which states your order has changed to PROCESSING.
COST = £8.95 for items up to 15 kg
COST = £14.95 for items 15-30 kg
Trees will be sent out on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays
Care instructions sent out with all trees.
Payments transacted after updated processing e-mail sent.
Please advise us if you need sending out for a specific date.
Stock is always changing, if your item is out of stock you will be informed by e-mail. We may be able to recommend something similar.
We always send out the best available trees. But during the summer some burn may occur on the leaves of the tree.
We are confident you will be happy with our trees, but in the unusual event of you not being happy, please return the tree/s within 3 days of accepted delivery for an alternative or credit.
