A favourite in Japan for many years and has to be said, also one of my favourites.
A red broad leafed dome shaped tree 5ft by 5ft in ten years.
Its pendulous habit is lovely and it will take a fair amount of sun. Burgandy in shade, bright red in sun.
A must for anyones garden.
Tree supplied 2-3 years old, height 10-12".
