Its stunning all year round and is indeed orange if in full sun.
Frustratingly it can burns quickly in full sun if a good watering regime is not maintained.
Kept in dappled shade, it goes golden/yellow in shade.
If you have the patience to move it around your garden to find a position it likes then it really is spectacular.
